National Pole Sports Competition 2018

The National Pole Sports Competition took place on the 5th & 6th of May 2018. As mentioned in the title, this competition is comprised of the sport part of pole fitness.The top scoring competitors of the day qualified to represent South Africa in the World Pole Sports Competition taking place in Spain in July.

These athletes never cease to amaze me with their extreme strength and endurance! Here are some of my favourites :)
